The "the superior interest of the minor"
In 2006, the Italian separation reform introduced important rules regarding child custody and related responsibilities, recognizing shared custody as a preferential regime and also defining parental responsibility.
In reality, these rules have always been based on “maternal preference” and the final result is unbalanced custody arrangements, with totally harmful social consequences.
Today, after twenty years, thanks to custom, we are witnessing a phenomenon of consolidation of practices and powers, in which separations are in fact nothing more than a pretext to legitimize real intra-family predations: women are granted total advantages, benefits and rights.
They effectively assume hyper-jurisdictional powers, remaining practically immune to the effects of all laws and ultimately also gaining possession of all the family’s properties and assets, using the ex-spouse as a mere “living ATM”, under the pretext of having entrusted the children, who are routinely entrusted to her…
It’s a competition for who get the best interest on the minor.
How kidnappings happen
Abduction
[ab·​duc·​tion] ab-ˈdək-shən
The crime committed by someone who takes and detains a person against their will.
When referring to the state or situation, the term “kidnapping” is used (e.g., The kidnapping lasted a month).

Once immunity de facto has been obtained, women can simply deny visits and communication with childrens.
No matter how much one reports the facts, no one ever really does anything, at most – after a very long time – the punishments will be “reprimands” or sentences on the cards but never implemented, that is, a little slap on the hands…
As absurd as it may seem, it’s a daily occurrence and complaints always clog up the courts… but real consequences are rare.
Fathers, on the other hand – constantly blackmailed because of their children – find themselves faced with a total silence that extends throughout the country, and in fact unable to do anything except indirectly penalize the children.
They are alone, thrown into the street, with burdens and duties, zero rights, zero understanding, with the social label of “rotten wrong” on them and with dishonor always around the corner.
No forms of support, and the possibility of mediation is weak and ineffective; it is, in effect, a continuous extortion and ghettoization.
As if that weren’t enough, all paternal relatives are also effectively excluded.
Beyond families, all the figures involved find room for rich advantages and large profits, so the phenomenon has increasingly become a trend and a consolidated business, legitimized by appropriately designated articles of law.
It’s an authentic form of institutionalized bullying, with inter-family kidnappings of minors, legitimized by the law and by everyone’s silence.
Those who should protect the real victims are in reality their greatest executioners.
Separations in Italy in brief
Greedy wives press a “red button,” a thousand lawyers are called in on their behalf, and judges finally bring down the hammer of custom: fathers are thus stripped of all their assets and must also constantly pay for the guilt of procreation.
…then indirectly pay the opposing lawyers for future appeals against themselves, with the aim of further restricting their rights!
Childrens are first “tossed around” every other day, then finally arbitrarily separated from their fathers, without anyone saying or doing anything.
"Marital separation" does not mean parental separation
Italian children – already victims of constant social deprivation regarding their culture, nature and sexuality – are those who pay the most, and already at a young age they suffer convictions and consequences for crimes they did not commit:
they grow up orphans of living fathers and are deprived of their reference parental figure, to then grow up in totally unbalanced and single-parent situations.
Furthermore, they are entrusted to the most conflicted and problematic parent of the two, who explicitly uses them without anyone batting an eyelid.
Finally, institutions consider them as if they were “the scepter of power” of those who hold them, but then they are managed and treated as if they were authentic precious parcels to be allocated.
Their humanity, their feelings and their true needs for growth are never taken into account.
They suffer silently.
But Dad won’t be there when they need him.
They are the true and main final victims.
These children will not have the good memories they had with their father; in fact, they will grow up convinced that they must hate him, because they will be educated to believe that all the blame falls on him!
The privated time of denied relationships will never return.
If laws were fair and well-enforced, none of this would happen.
But custom is interposed which hides enormous dogmas of power and widespread interests… all complicit!
All hypocritically hidden behind the “best interests of the child”.
